Overview

Confidentiality, Supervision, UPL, and the Human in the Loop

AI tools are pervading law offices faster than the ethical guardrails around them. That puts you squarely in the middle of a rapidly evolving set of professional responsibility questions. This course builds a practical framework for using AI tools ethically in everyday paralegal work. We will examine the ethics rules most relevant to AI-assisted tasks, identify where real risk lies, and build concrete habits to apply immediately. Register today!

  • Know where you're exposed: identify key AI danger points and duties.
  • Learn to spot authoritative-looking errors made by AI.
  • Build ethical habits that hold regardless of which AI platform your firm uses.
  • Learn when to escalate to a supervising attorney and protect yourself in the process.
